Using strategic workflow procedures and SOPs, she ensures high-quality final outputs and timely compliance of the clients’ regulatory deadlines. Her scope of work also includes working with CEO and CFO on group strategic directions, group operational structures and ensuring operational efficiency and metrics are being met. Specialising in company structuring and financial statements, Pei Shan has collaborated with stakeholders globally, particularly those seeking to establish companies in Singapore.
