An accountant by training, Xiao Yan oversees organisational budgets and overheads, finance operations and various financial matters including but not limited to cash flow management, building financial forecasts and financial analysis. She also oversees the operations of the Corporate Secretarial department and managing the operations of Corporate Secretary services. Her role further extends to Business Development and builds client relationships, contributing to her vast network of professional connections across Asia, the US, and Europe.
