Jocelyn is an accounting and tax professional with more than 7 years of experience and exposure spanning various industries and has been working alongside our Venture Capital clients on various matters from Fund administration to operational advisory for funds.

She currently heads our Fund Services and Family Office Division and has been in charge of the Division since 2017. She oversees the division operations and manage our end to end fund administration function including performing AML advisory as well as fund operations and investors relations. She has an extensive range of experience in tax advisory matters and was involved in various engagements for Funds and their portfolio companies on tax planning, international expansion and tax exemption applications.

Jocelyn holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from University of London. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and has extensive experience in dealing with Funds and Technology Companies.
