William is an experience accountant having experience in audit, compliance, corporate finance and consultancy. He started his career with Crowe Malaysia PLT as an Audit Associate with internship experience at PwC Malaysia. During his time with Crowe Malaysia PLT, he had the chance to be involved in the Initial Public Offer (“IPO”). He had his next step to join KPMG Malaysia as Audit Senior and rose to the position of Assistant Audit Manager in less than one year in 2020.

Throughout his five years audit journey with multiple international accounting firms, he was exposed to various industries such as trading, manufacturing, property developer, construction and infrastructure. He has audited several high profile listed and non-listed companies in Malaysia. Besides, he is also the first batch of KPMG Malaysia staffs who joined the virtual secondment with KPMG Brisbane. By having different audit experience with bog firms from multiple countries enable him to have better adoption ability in works.

Furthermore, during his time with KPMG Malaysia, he has collaborated with multi-national peers and clients such as United Kingdom (“UK”), Australia (Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane), Ireland, Germany, India, Philippines, Pakistan and Thailand. William graduated with Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. He has further pursued his in study for his professional qualification in Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (“ACCA”) and managed to complete it during 2019. By having experience with multiple countries, he has developed a “eager for knowledge” mindset and an extensive experience in dealing with clients from different countries.
