An accountant by training, an entrepreneur by profession. Dong Neng has extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working with Board of Directors and fellow Professionals. He thrives on challenges and love using his technical expertise as a qualified accountant to develop and provide innovative real-world solutions to my clients. 

He is a Singapore Chartered Accountant and Tax Practitioner. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin and has extensive experience in dealing with Clients from US, Europe and North Asia. He specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, fund administration and related services and has experience with a wide range of fund structures and investment strategies. He has worked alongside various Seed Stage and Series A Venture Capital Funds across Asia, US and Europe  for more than 10 years. His multi-disclipinary exposure provides clients with innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex issues. 

He is responsible for developing new and existing client relationships to support business expansion and further solidify the Group’s position across its business segments including Funds, Corporate and Advisory.
