Shi Ning has been with the firm since 2017.

She is currently in charge of fund administration operations for Technology focused and Web3 Focused Funds advising on a wide range of matters spanning structuring tax efficient transactions, fund administration to operational advisory for funds. She works closely with the Web3 Industry and holds a long term positive view on the Web3 outlook.

Shi Ning holds a degree in Accounting from RMIT. She is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
